British Shoe Corporation briefed us to develop an entirely new retail proposition for self service shoe retailing in the middle market. We were entrusted with every aspect of the project from brand creation through interior design, point of sale, packaging, uniform design and even production of in-store music. We project managed the implementation of the first three stores, prior to roll-out.
