Fraser commissioned Design Ministry to audit signage and ticketing throughout
their stores and to produce a report and recommendations for a more coherent
system to aid customers, which was suitable for all stores. A contemporary and
highly practical system was developed for store directories, orientational and
brand signage.
We implemented the launch in Dickens and Jones, House of Fraser's Regent Street
Flagship, and it has subsequently been rolled out to the other stores.
